We are currently looking to lease our land in Saguache County to local ranchers in search of a place to graze their livestock. We'll be offering discounted rates and flexible agreements in exchange for your help teaching us a bit about what you know so we can learn from you and your experience. About Us
You may look at this photo and think, “hey, that looks like 75 acres of nothing” or “you two don't look like farm or ranch people” and you'd be absolutely right. On both counts.
We're Nick & Joell Stocchero and we're trading our careers in tech startups to try and become regenerative ranchers in Colorado.
Our goal is to build a home...then a homestead, where we can learn how to partner with livestock to responsibly improve the health of our soil, and ultimately contribute positively to our wonderful community of neighbors in the high desert of Saguache County, Colorado.
